CX Services
CX Services is a customer experience company based on Highland Avenue in Sandbank, with further offices in Glasgow and Ellesmere Port. The business was formed in 2019 through a management buyout of Database Direct Ltd, a direct marketing firm with more than 30 years of experience.
Their digital printing covers everything from personalised letters and multi-page brochures to bulk postcards and eye-catching envelopes, with variable printing for name and address merges, artwork and images. You supply the design and they handle the printing.
They also run direct mail campaigns from print through to posting, data management (database design, data cleaning and demographic profiling), mail fulfilment with picking, packing and dispatch from their own warehouse on Highland Avenue, and a customer contact centre for inbound enquiries, outbound sales and customer service.
CX Services is a Real Living Wage employer and holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 accreditation.
