Réalta Architecture
Réalta Architecture is a chartered architectural practice based in Kirn, Dunoon, working across Argyll and Bute and the west coast of Scotland. It is run by director Chris Johnstone, an ARB registered and RIAS chartered architect with over 10 years’ experience, mainly in private residential work.
Projects include house extensions, bespoke new build homes, conversions of existing spaces and energy-efficient retrofits of older properties. Chris has also worked on commercial, retail, healthcare and historic buildings, including listed properties and sites in national parks and conservation areas.
A full architectural service can take your project from the first brief and initial designs through planning and building warrant applications, tendering and contract administration on site, right through to completion.
Réalta also provides SAP calculations and EPC certificates for new build homes, as Chris is a certified On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor, and can act as Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations.
Local projects include house remodels and extensions on Shore Road in Toward and Blairmore, a coach house conversion in the national park and a new shopfront on Argyll Street, Dunoon. Get in touch by phone or email to talk about your project.
