Dunoon and District Angling Club
Dunoon and District Angling Club looks after fly fishing across a good stretch of the Cowal area, offering permits for rainbow and brown trout, sea-trout and salmon on waters including Dunoon Reservoir, Loch Loskin and Loch Tarsan, plus the Rivers Cur, Finart, Massan and Ruel.
It's a members' club that also sells day and season permits to visiting anglers, with bookings and permit enquiries handled by email, and some waters also bookable through FishPal.
Beyond fishing, the club publishes guidance on good angling practice and keeps a diary of competitions, making it a useful first point of contact for anyone wanting to fish locally around Dunoon, Glendaruel and the surrounding glens.
