Task Helen
Task Helen is a Dunoon-based virtual assistant and concierge service run by Helen, offering calm, organised and practical support for small business owners in Argyll, across Scotland and throughout the UK. Support is flexible, from occasional help to regular ongoing work, and can be booked from as little as one hour per month.
Services include email and diary management, bookings, invoicing and customer replies; social media support such as scheduling posts, managing messages and creating graphics in Canva; and administrative support including proofreading, document and template creation, data entry, spreadsheets and research.
Helen also helps with travel, life and event planning – researching holidays, building itineraries, booking accommodation, restaurants and event tickets, and gift and personal shopping. For businesses that need help with planning and decisions, her Operational Advisor Support covers research and analysis, systems and software setup, and breaking tasks into manageable steps.
Rates are £35 per hour, with ad hoc help or personalised retainer packages for ongoing support.
